FilmSoc are hosting an overnight viewing party for the Oscars! We will be providing all the essentials- food, soft drinks, games, and your very own RED CARPET EXPERIENCE! Dress up red carpet style and we'll take your photo for you! We'll be live-streaming the Oscars Award Ceremony (which begins at 1am), and will have loads of fun activities for everyone throughout the night, including Oscars Bingo where there's prizes to be won (even your very own Oscar!). We'll show some Oscar nominated short films and you will be able to vote on what you think will win at this year's awards! We'll have snacks (pizza, sandwiches, and of course POPCORN) and beverages (tea/coffee/water/soft drinks) available for everyone throughout the night to keep energy levels up- make sure to rest well during the day to be ready for a fun-filled night!! The event starts at midnight on Sunday night (24th Feb/ early morning of 25th) and is being held in the View in Aras na mac Leinn! Entry is €5 per person. We hope to see you all there!
