Rob will discuss all things fitness and entrepreneurial including how he rose from a small scale online fitness coach to Ireland's leading fitness icon. Rob rose to international prominence over the past two years through building up his social media channels and vlogging the fitness lifestyle on Youtube, to the point where he has more than 95,000 people subscribed to his channel around the world, and huge Instagram & Facebook followings totalling over 120,000 users between them.
