Hey book lovers! We hope you all had a brilliant weekend. Next week’s event falls on a very special day, and if you’re still looking for a way to mark Valentines/Palentines, all of us here at Book Club have you sorted. We’re planning to mark the evening by bringing you a Valentine’s themed event! We’ll be doing a screening of one of the most romantic (and iconic) Studio Ghibli films Moving Castle in collaboration with @nuiganimeandmanga ! Here’s a fun book fact Moving Castle is actually based on the children’s novel of the same name by Diana Wynne Jones, released in 1986! We’ll also have a social evening afterwards, so feel free to join us in Lecture Hall G019(just across from our usual room) in the Human Biology Building this Tuesday at 6.
