Whether you can barely roll out of bed and reach your toes in the morning or you can do a round-off back-handspring double, you're more than welcome to join our cheerleaders as we explore the exciting and challenging world of cheerleading!

23/24 Semester 1 Training Schedule
Mondays, The Cube,¬†√Āras na Mac L√©inn
6-7pm - Beginner Training (open to anyone)
7-7:45pm - Tumbling/Strength & Conditioning
7:45-8:45pm - Intermediate Training (Levels 2+)
Beginner Training and Tumbling/Strength & Conditioning classes are open to anyone, even if you've done anything like this before. We all started somewhere
This semester, we are alternating weekly between tumbling classes and strength & conditioning, during the 7-7:45 slot.
If you have done cheerleading before, you are welcome to either practice, but intermediate training will be of a higher skill level (levels 2+).
Intermediate training is meant for people who have experience or have been advised by a coach to attend this class.
