Vinyasa for All Levels: focusing on linking physical movement with the breath to calm the nervous system and centre the mind. This style of yoga is characterised by rhythmic movements timed to the breath.
Yoga classes every Wednesday from 22nd January 4pm to 5pm for 6 weeks.
Running from Wednesday the 22nd January to Wednesday 26th February.
The classes will be run in The View, Aras na Mac Leinn.Please look out for signs in case of a change of venue. We recommend being 5-10 minutes early for your class to give you time to set up
Mats will be provided but you can also bring your own mat if you like and water.
