Hatha Yoga incorporates practises and teachings from the ancient tradition of yoga. This type of yoga nourishes the whole person, with an emphasis on awareness while working with the practises and of being open to learning about all aspects of the personality. Yoga Postures (Asanas) are practised to balance body and mind. Yogic Breathing works on the energy body and helps to encourage good breathing habits. Meditation helps to calm and focus the mind
Yoga classes every Tuesday from 14th May 1pm to 2pm for 4 weeks.
This Class is for Students and Staff of the University of Galway.
Running from Tuesday the 14th May- Tuesday 4th June 2024. This Block 7 is NONREFUNDABLE AND NO TRASNFERABLE TO A LATER BLOCK
The classes will be run in The View, Aras na Mac Leinn. Please look out for signs in case of change in venue. We recommend being 5-10 minutes early for your class to give you time to set up
Mats will be provided but you can also bring your own mat if you want.
