Hatha Yoga incorporates practices and teachings from the ancient tradition of yoga. Yoga classes every Tuesday from 3rd March 1pm to 2pm for 4 classes over 5 weeks.
Classes will run from Tuesday 3rd March to Tuesday 31st March 2026 except St Patrick's day 17th March
This type of yoga nourishes the whole person, with an emphasis on awareness while working with the practices and of being open to learning about all aspects of the personality.
Yoga Postures (Asanas) are practiced to balance body and mind.
Yogic Breathing works on the energy body and helps to encourage good breathing habits.
Meditation helps to calm and focus the mind
