Amsterdam International Trip 2026
4th to 6th April 2026 | 3 Days & 2 Nights
Join us for an unforgettable trip to Amsterdam this April! From canal-side walks and world-famous museums to colourful tulip fields and vibrant local markets, this trip is the perfect chance to explore Dutch culture while making amazing memories with fellow students.
During the weekend, we’ll visit Albert Cuyp Market, explore the city centre including Jordaan & De 9 Straatjes, and enjoy free time for museums like the Van Gogh Museum or Rijksmuseum. A highlight of the trip is our visit to The Tulip Barn (entry included!). There will also be opportunities for a canal tour, biking, and plenty of food spots and souvenir shopping.

Students who require a Schengen visa will be provided with a university support letter but application is self-directed.
NOTE - After booking, we will collect passport details, Leap card number, emergency contact, and any food allergies for travel arrangements. All personal data will be deleted once bookings are completed.

Members must:
• Be aware of the hazards involved
• Must not jeopardise your own health & safety or that of others.
• Must follow instructions given by trip leaders and safety officer.
• Must inform officers or trip leaders of any medical condition that may affect your ability to participate, or affect emergency first aid treatment.
• You are responsible for making an informed decision as to whether it is a suitable activity for you.
• If consuming alcohol, you must drink responsibly and in a manner which will not endanger your own safety and health and that of others.
• You must never participate in potentially hazardous physical activities while under the influence of alcohol.
• Must stay in groups of no less than 3.
• Ensure in the event of receiving medical treatment that you are 100% satisfied that you have received all the medical treatment you require before being discharged.
• Members must implement the buddy system and make sure the other 3 appointed are present and safe and ready to get on the bus.
• Must not leave the venue during the evening without informing the group leader.
• Must wear any protective gear provided.

In the event that a participant is unable to join the trip due to visa application issues, the Society will refund the amount paid after deducting any cancellation and/or no-show fees incurred, proof must be shown.
