Dear members, Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on: Thursday, 25th September 2025 6:00 PM Venue – AMB-1021 COLM O H-EOCHA THEATRE, Arts Millennium Building, University of Galway. This is your chance to step forward, get involved, and shape the future of the Indian Society for the year ahead. Positions open for election: • Auditor • Vice Auditor • Public Relations Officer (PRO) • Secretary • Events Officer • Sports Officer • Committee Members (OCMs) • Undergraduate Representative Nominations open on 20th September 2025 We will share the nomination form link soon. Members can apply by filling in their details including name, country, and preferred position. Mentors will also be announced during the AGM (not elected). Both undergraduates and postgraduates are warmly encouraged to participate. Whether you want to run for a role, support your friends, or cast your vote – your presence matters!
